Kids Ministries
Got kids? Then you could use some help! Bright Hope Community Church is passionate about teaching kids about Jesus Christ and aiding parents by helping to guide their children through very impressionable years. We have several programs that do just that. It's fun. It's focused. And it's our pleasure.
Sunday School...meets at the same time as Adult Connections (9:30-10:30 AM)
-Nursery: Birth thru 2 years old -Honeybees: Age 3 thru 4 -Adventurers: K thru 1st -Explorers: Grades 2 thru 5
Joy Junction...our mid-week ministry for kids age 3 through 1st Grade. Kids dive in and get involved, learning as they explore and engage. Their teachers use fun, real-world objects like gizmos, gadgets, puppets, and more to teach Bible truths. Kids can't help but be drawn in! Joy Junction meets October through April, Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 p.m.
One Way...our mid-week ministry for kids in 2nd through 5th grades. In addition to learning God’s Word through exciting activities and memorizing Scripture, your kids will have fun with other kids while applying the biblical values they learn in One Way through various outings and service opportunities. One Way meets October through April, Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Construction Zone ...This is a kids worship service for children age 3 thru the 1st Grade split into two groups. On Sundays, from 10:30 to 12:00, you will find our children playing, snacking, singing, crafting, learning, and worshiping at a level that fits them! Children move straight from their Sunday School class into the Zone!
Cross Walk...Teaching kids how to walk in the way that Christ walked can be difficult, but CrossWalk (Grades 2 thru 5) is designed to do this in a way that kids love to learn. This 90 minute kids worship (10:30-12:00 Sundays) includes high energy singing, Bible lessons, crafts/activities, prayer, and small group time - all at a level that connects with kids and challenges them to walk with Jesus. CrossWalk is held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of eachmonth. On weeks 2, 4, and 5 of each month, these kids will join their families for our morning worship service.
